Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0 — Effective 10 July 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out prohibited uses of the OpsCorp platform. It applies to every user your tenant provisions, including administrators and technicians.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- Upload, store, or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another tenant's data or to OpsCorp's infrastructure, including by circumventing tenant isolation or authentication controls.
- Introduce malware, or engage in activity intended to disrupt or overload the Service (including denial-of-service activity).
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable law.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data from the Service other than through supported export features, for purposes unrelated to your own business operations.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate another user, tenant, or OpsCorp personnel.
- Use the Service in a manner that violates the rights of any third party, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
3. Technician and Field Conduct
Technician accounts are intended for field personnel accessing job, AMC, and inventory data solely in connection with legitimate job execution for your tenant. Technicians must not access, copy, or retain customer data outside the scope of assigned jobs.
4. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in suspension of the offending user's access, suspension of the tenant, or termination, in addition to any other remedies available under the Terms & Conditions.
