Refund & Cancellation Policy
Version 1.0 — Effective 10 July 2026
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your OpsCorp subscription at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 applicable to service cancellations. Cancellation does not automatically delete your data; see the Data Retention Policy.
2. Refunds
2.1 Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable for mid-cycle cancellations, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing (e.g., a documented service outage credit).
2.2 If a payment was made in error or is duplicated, contact support using the details on the Contact & Legal Information page; verified erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable period, ordinarily within 7–14 business days of verification.
2.3 Trial periods, where offered, do not require payment and are not subject to refund since no fee is charged.
3. Downgrades
Downgrading your plan takes effect from the next billing cycle; features tied to the higher plan may become unavailable at that point, and any module-specific data remains stored subject to the Data Retention Policy.
4. Disputes
Billing disputes should be raised within 30 days of the relevant invoice date. We will investigate in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
